I completed Whole 30!!! The diet that changed my l…

I started Whole 30 February 13th 2017 in hopes of finding out what I my body was allergic to and not allowing me to lose weight over. I was in a 4 month weight loss stall with exercising every day and eating dairy and gluten free. My goal was to kick the stall!
